Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or for custom or made-to-order products.


Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates


Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the carrier’s current rates. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping provider.


Shipping Delays


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


• Carrier delays

• Weather events

• Customs processing

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Events outside our control


If a package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:


• The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order

• Shipping fees are non-refundable


Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.


Damaged Packages


If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:


• The damaged product

• The packaging

• The shipping label


We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.


Custom and Personalized Orders


Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. These items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.


International Shipping


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
