The Co-Op creates opportunities for collaborative leadership development through executive teaching sessions, mentorship, leadership facilitation, community conversations, workshops, and shared learning experiences.
Over time, members will also have opportunities to connect directly with experienced executive mentors through one-on-one mentorship and leadership coaching experiences facilitated through the H2 ecosystem.
